   I just placed an order, got an email and then immediately a cancellation. I called and customer service could not figure out why it got cancelled. Any ideas?

  Thatt happened to me when I was able to check out with an item but it was actually out of stock.

  Yes. They told me it went out of stock. Was still showing in stock online. Tried to convince me it must have been because there was a return between when they emailed me and when I checked online (like 10 min apart.) Left a sour taste in my mouth.

   I have had it happen to me three times this past couple of weeks. So frustrating spend time finding items place the order and then few days later it’s cancelled with no explanation. I understand if one item went out of stock, but why cancel my whole order. Just eliminate the one out of stock. I gave up on this site after the third time.

   I have ordered from them three times lately, and all items with which I checked out arrived. I do get tired of getting an email at least once a day, sometimes with the same information from the last couple of days.

   I called and they said they didn’t know why. So they gave me a 40% off code to use. I placed another order and it cancelled again. Now I can’t even use the 40% off code because it was a one time use!

   Old Navy is having a good sale on pajamas right now. Use promo code TREAT to get 40% off sale/clearance. I got toddler one piece footed PJs for $6 each. I’m sure theirs aren’t the best quality, but that seemed like a good price to me for my twins for next winter.

   I want to like this store so much!!!! Cause their prices are great and they have such cute clothes!! But all the jeans I buy from there end up with the knees ripped:/ does anyone else have this problem? Or are my kids just really hard on clothes???:)

  My son gets holes in his knees all the time, regardless of brand. I got so tired of buying pants all the time I started putting iron-on patches on the knees but on the inside, so they aren’t that noticeable from the outside. This has helped a lot.

  What a great idea Amy! I have never thought to do that before! I usually just cut them off at the knee an use them for shorts!! Or use them for play jeans:)

  Each time I buy their purple leggings they rip at the seam. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the amount I paid for the replacement pair.

  How old are your kids? My older two (boy and girl)went thru a period where they just wore the knees out. My 5 year old son hasn’t hit that stage yet and my 11 year old daughter just stopped, about a year ago. So I’d say from 6-10 is pretty normal. 🙂

  I’ve have gotten several pairs of jeans from here for my son over the last three years. He’s pretty hard on them and none have ever ripped or even come close to it. That’s why I keep buying them from here because for the price they really hold up.

   Hi Renee I have the same problem with the jeans. My son has torn all his pants from the knees and it only happens to the ones I buy from The Children’s Place. They have good prices just need better quality on the jeans.

  So weird–my son has ripped holes in every pair of pants except TCP jeans. You can’t win when you’ve got active little dudes! What’s worse are when they get wholes in new sneakers shortly after buying them….I looking at you, Sketchers!
