You can type the code into the ‘wallet’ of you Kohls app. It generates a barcode for them to scan in the store. I haven’t had any luck using it because the register usually says invalid code, I have no idea why. But looks like that is what others are suggesting, so it must work for some.
The barcode doesn’t work in store, the mailers don’t actually have a barcode.
You can find the mailer scan online and just show them a picture of it in store.

I did find the mailer, and took a screen shot, but there’s no barcode…hope this works. For some reason I didn’t get my mailer this time….maybe hubby threw it out…lol
The mailers never have a barcode, so you’re good. I’ve used a pic of it without any issues.
Whenever I have typed the code into my Kohls wallet on my app, it also says “invalid code” when the clerk scans it. However, every time it has happened, the clerk overrides it and gives me the discount listed on my app. Another reason I LOVE Kohls! 🙂
That’s what mine does too. Sometimes the clerk just makes me feel like she is doing me a huge one-time favor.
I’m so mad that Kohls now excludes most baby gear from their coupon codes. Diano, Fisher Price gear, and crib mattresses all are excluded now. Ugh. Looks like I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

I would call them. They will probably credit you the shipping charges. They have done it for me in the past. Their customer service is fantastic!
Call them give them the free shipping code tell them you forgot to use it they will refund you the money!

I’m upset at Kohl’s. My son wanted some Nike clothes for his birthday. So i went to Kohl’s with my 30 percent off coupon and when i went to use my discount they didn’t accept it because I was buying Nike brand clothes! I had no idea.
If I have a gift card would I still get the 30% off when I enter the gift card and kohls card in?
The 30% off works on the gift card as long as there is a small balance that goes towards the kohls card. Hope that helps!

Its ridiculous how kohls is changing they coupon exclusions most online baby items are excluded from the coupon do to them being online online and now the coupons dont work on online exclusive items kohls is making same mistakes jcpennys did a couple yrs ago with they coupons

Maybe a bunch of folks should email Kohls and let them know how they feel about the new exclusions policies. They just might listen if enough of us email them. It seemed to work for JC Penney when people complained about thier new policies a few years ago. They went back to doing things the old way with coupons and all.
