  I get these free subscriptions all the time and never add the $2 mag. At the bottom of page I click no thanks 😀

  Hey tuffysmom90, you can actually skip the $2 selection part. The “no thanks” option is on the bottom left in grey. It’s in really tiny letters, but it’s there if you double check. It’s to the left of the credit card form that says “submit & continue.” Then the following pages, you can just simply click the “no” button or skip to final page. Hope that helps.

  I was wondering the same thing. This free subscription seems to be for business.

  When I got to the last page to enter my info I noticed the statement below:

  Complete and verifiable information is required to receive your selection(s). The publisher determines qualification and reserves the right to limit the number of orders of free subscriptions.

  So Im guessing that they will be verifying the information on your “business” and could possibly not send you the magazines?

  I always fill these out and have been getting them. There is a spot for you to put ‘other’ as far as job info goes.

    It didnt let me go past without taking one of the $2 magazines and if you read the fine print for the $2 subscriptions it says they will automatically be renewed when the subscription runs out at the FULL price unless you cancel it – so yes I get one subscription for FREE and one for $2 but will they actually let you cancel?

  Yes they will; I just mark my calendar and then call to cancel when my last free issue arrives. It was super easy. It seems like I even got a reminder when my end date was coming but can’t remember for sure.

  Next time look at the bottom–there is fine print where you don’t have to select a $2 magazine and it just says no thanks. The $2 is a good deal but a pain to cancel.
