I love their products! I have a fat iron and a wand – and boy do they get HOT! Be super careful using it! I made the mistake of using my wand after a shower – with only a towel wrapped around me…then dropped the wand and it touched my chest for maybe 1/2 a second, leaving me with a NICE burn. You know what’s not cute? Boobie scars 😉 luckily it faded – after about 6 months!

Burned my arm with the curling iron one month ago. It’s is a severe second degree burn and hasn’t completely healed yet. It may take another three weeks to completely close up. Just FYI.

I keep hearing very conflicting reviews about this product. Which makes me think they artificially inflate their reviews. Some people say the only reason it keeps a curl is because it’s a super high temp that practically BURNS your hair. Thoughts?
Yes, it can even burn your hair off if left on too long and wrong products used. I would research as much as possible about what products to use and not use this is one product where that is very important.

They DO get extremely hot though- please use caution when using it… it comes with a glove, so I’d recommend using the glove if you are not a pro at using this yet 🙂

I ordered one of these the last time hip2save had the sale posted. I knew nothing about the product but needed a curling iron and I absolutely love it. My hair holds its curl really well which was always a problem in the past. I’m so glad I bought it and I just ordered another one in a different size for variety.
hi melissa, i bought it too last time when she posted it but I dont really like it, maybe is because im using it wrong, can you tell me what temperature do you use. my hair and the girls doesnt hold the curls at all, am I doing something wrong??? any advise will be appreciate much.TIA
I also feel like I am doing something wrong as it just doesn’t curl my hair like rollers does. It gets hot but not like the others are saying. I would love for this to work as good as everyone says it does. My daughter’s didn’t hold either and she usually can curl hers pretty well.

I don’t know what’s the difference between the classic and the magic? there is also one called pearl/
You can see how each wand works by youtube videos of each wand. I believe the 19mm is the smallest diameter they have. That would produce tighter curls than the 25mm or the 32mm. Also, I don’t think the classic wand has a heat setting you can change, but the magic wand does.
