According the the numbers in my code, I thought I was only getting the $5 reward. But…it was $10!! What a surprise!!! So if you are close, it may be worth your time stopping in! I purchased a $5 item, and was thrilled to receive the $5 balance coupon on my receipt!! 🙂

I ordered several $10 monogrammed shirts from them yesterday and had a terrible time on their website (kept saying “temporarily not able to process. Try again later”) ugh!! Had to get CS to help (which he so kindly did). But I was not able to use a promo code OR a $5/$50 qpon! Grrrr!! My first 2 calls for help weren’t very helpful.

Mine was 500$ went and checked today was totally shocked
Just came back from the store, I had the 16986 coupon and it was worth $5.
My mother had 73000 coupon, online customer service said it was $5, but it turned out to be $50. She spent $4.79 on an item, and the remaining amount of the coupon instantly printed out with the receipt as a Balance Coupon, not even taxes were charged. Interestingly enough, on the Balance Coupon there’s a line that says “Original Coupon: $5 Statement.” Balance coupon must be redeemed in full next time, it’s good until 04/24, and it states that it is as good as cash discount.
