The pop-up won’t appear until you’re viewing your cart and you select “CHECKOUT”. After clicking ‘checkout’, I got the pop-up.
Can you not pay with AmEx? Even via PayPal?

I never seem to get the pop up…. I get the one for free earrings if you join the mailing list (which I’ve done a few times already), but nothing about the pictured Meg earrings. HOWEVER, when I search the products for the Meg earring and added it and the code, it seems to work.
You had to view your cart AND click “Checkout” — only after starting the actual checkout process does the pop-up appear.
I did, but still never got the pop up. If you are in that situation too, finding the magnifying glass and product searching to add the earrings worked for me.
