   I just checked Target.com and they have their 16.6 lb bags (single bags) for $9.99 each! So, again, this walmart.com is a *HOT* deal! 🙂

  Lowes/ Home Depot would come out .25 per lb whereas this deal comes out to .26 per pound so you’re slightly ahead with home improvement store deal but only by a little bit. Great deal either way whether purchasing from or hd/lowes

  How? The Wal-Mart deal would be $10.58 for 40 pounds. That isnt cheaper than $9.99 for 40 pounds. (2- 20# bags)
