I got 12 stars and got a credit for a free drink that I haven’t used yet but then I got another 12 stars and it sent me an email saying that I got another free drink but it’s not showing under my rewards does anyone know can you only have one free drink showing in it won’t let you have two?
You can definitely have more than one free drink at a time. I have had up to 3 free rewards at one time, so it’s possible.

I got make 10 purchases, earn 10 stars or make 12 purchases and earn 15 stars. Also got 25% any breakfast sandwich.
I got 10 stars for four purchases and 15 stars for 6 purchases. I did get the email about 25% off a breakfast sandwich. And an email about buy two drinks, get a third free. I can only drink so much so that one is kinda wasted on me. Yes, I know I could “share” with my friends but I feel they are already spoiled enough and I can’t encourage this behavior.
I have 23 stars, but have never received a free drink…did I miss it? 🙁
You have to get up to Gold status (30 stars) before you start receiving rewards for a free drink for every 12 stars earned.
I got the Star Dash for make 3 purchases earn 10 bonus stars or make 5 purchases earn 15 bonus stars. Also got 25% off a breakfast sandwich and $2 off an espresso drink or tea. Seems like these offers vary greatly between rewards members.
I got purchase 8, get 10 stars, or, buy 10 get 15 stars. Is it 10 stars in addition to the 8, or is it like getting 2 additional bonus stars after purchasing 8 drinks for a total of 10?
You get the 10 in addition to your 8 from your purchases for a total of 18 stars.

I haven’t even received an e-mail from them in over 3 months. I participated in the Star Dashes they had earlier in the year, but not the one in March and I have not received anything since. Bummed.
Mine was but 8 get 10, buy 12 get 15 and I go frequently. My husbands, who never goes, has buy 2 get 10 buy 4 get 15. Needless to say I used his card today!
Mine was buy 5 get 10 or buy 7 get 15. My daughter’s was buy 2 get 10 or buy 4 get 15!!!! I’m sorry but I’m really ticked off. I spend a crap load of money there but my offers always suck. I think they need to make their loyal customers happier than the ones who don’t go that often.
Nicole, me too! I became a gold member many times over within a year and they would always send me crappy offers :/. After calling customer service twice (they both agreed w me) I finally stopped going. Of course now they send me decent offers!

I see mine overlaps the buy 5 mini fraps get 8 stars promo. I guess that if I buy 5 on separate days I’ll get both the 8 plus the 15 = 23 stars for 5 mini fraps😃

Email customer service regarding your missing stars. I had to email them a second time and include a copy of the fine print of the offer email so that they would give me the whole 15 bonus stars. Keep them accountable people – it’s worth the email!!
I never received my extra stars even though I got the offer and bought what I was supposed to!!! Boo Starbucks!!!
Did you “JOIN” the dash on your account? If you got the email it would have had a yellow box “join the dash” that you click so you can officially join it and your card will be added to the dash list so your purchases will be documented to collect your bonus.
