This is something interesting I just found out and thought to pass along – the TNT stand in my city is run by a non profit group and all of the proceeds go to fund the City’s 4th of July Festivities so that they don’t come out of the city’s budget. I’m sure you can check with your City’s website to find out if they do the same 😀

I believe all TNT stands are run by non profits (in my city they are). Also check with your local stand prior to purchasing this groupon as I bought this deal 2 years ago and most booths in my area would not accept it.

Good to know. But at least they refund it if all else fails lol

Same here in Phoenix az, bought 2 years ago, they didn’t take this!
The stands were only open at night and hours changed weekly.
        Not worth the hassle!

I disagree in my experience I simply went down to the stand and asked if they took it and they said that they did.

I was going to tell you about this lol!

Watch out for burn restrictions. My town just put a burn ban in effect. No fireworks 😞

Thanks for sharing!! My son literally asked me 10 min ago when we were going to get fireworks. I just happened to come to your website and this is perfect!

lol. wasted my time. i simply went to a tnt tent and asked if they took the coupon from groupon, i even show them the deal. i was told by the employee after she confirmed it with her boss( she had to call her) that they accepted it. i then left, went home paid for the voucher-printed it and went back. after getting what i wanted to buy the lady said they didn’t accept it! omg. i was mad she wasted my time. i made the stop to make sure they took the voucher b4 i went back. i didn’t end up buying anything. lets see if groupon gives me a refund.

    • katie

It says that any unused voucher will be refunded

I’d write a letter to that company. How irritating for you!

Went to our stand in town and they said they’d never heard of this deal before, but if it said TNT on it they’d take it! Came home, bought the voucher, and they accepted it just fine. Thank you so much for posting this deal Collin! My little girl was SO excited to get to pick out so many fireworks 😃

Also worth a chance to try the code ThankU20 for 20% off! It worked for me.

Did anyone else purchase this but did not use (because no places really even take them) and get a refund? The fine print says “Unused vouchers will automatically be refunded after expiration.” Maybe its too soon since refunds may take a couple days, but just seeing if anyone else is waiting on a refund. I know their refund policy is sketchy and a lot of complaints around websites, but the fine print here says refund if you don’t use it.
