You have to go to CS for PM. They will then verify through their computer the price.
Actually this varies depending on store. I’ve PM’d at the store by my work at the register easy peasy. Showed the guy my phone and he adjusted it right down.
Now I hear other Targets are very strict and require CS to look it up on their iPad.

I know. I love Collin’s Target deals, but every time I try them the shelves are wiped clean and the associates never can tell me when the item will come in. I wish Target had a bigger selection on hot items.

Not unless you do store pickup and tell them that’s what you want to do. Most cartwheels (this one included) are in store only.
I just spoke with a representative and they told me you cannot use cartwheel online and all the stores near me are sold out ;-(

My store has a sign up, that Cartwheel & Manuf/Target coupons cannot be post-applied to online p/u orders. The coupon policy doesn’t talk about this scenario, so I guess it’s up to the individual stores on how they want to handle coupons on p/u orders.

Same in my store. All the coupons were ripped off. The checkout clerk even apologized that someone had done that.
I just went to the Target in Hemet at 8:02 am and of course I see women leaving with 8 or more in their baskets. It’s like hello you can only do 4 per cartwheel. I let the cashiers know so I could get my 4. I think it’s terrible how people try to clear the shelves especially when this was only 4 per guest. Then one person took the coupon peelies that where on them. Seriously?! Karma is I’ll I have to say. Sometimes couponing is just tiring.
Cartwheel’s limit is 4 per transaction, 6 transactions per day, 1 cartwheel barcode per transaction.
My husband has IBS and there are days he is constantly in the restroom. So we go though TP faster than maybe a normal family. 8 pks won’t last very long, esp if we go through 2 or 3 rolls A DAY. I got 4 myself today b/c there were only 5 on the shelf. But if there were 8, I sure would get them all. There have been times someone has beaten me to a deal. I figure they needed it more than me. And like Atlanta said, CW can be scanned up to 6 times a day in separate transactions, so one could get as many as 24 packs (4 per transaction).

I think it’s helpful to know why some ppl grab so much product (be it TP, paper towel, coffee, water… etc). Some ppl are quick to judge or get upset but when you realize they really need the amount they are buying it puts things into perspective.
How do they have an online coupon deal but not in the store? Are we able to price match the gift card
The guy at the register was pretty young but I went to customer service and got it even better because instead of the gift card, she used it as a $5 off coupon and gave me $5 back. I ended up scoring big time with 2 packs of toilet paper. Basically I think I ended up paying around $4.90 for both packs.
Target.com is entirely different store (at least that’s what my cashier claimed).

Woohoo! Collin I just got the best deal cause of you!! I was able to use the mobile coupon for $2 off 18 pack or larger of Cottonelle! Also, my packs had $1 off peelie on both! Don’t forget the 5% off for being a Redcard member. My total was $7.58!!!!! $3.79 a pack! Can’t beat that. The shelves were cleared at my store but there were a few of us who waited for a sales associate to get more out of the back. Do not be scared off by empty shelves! I asked at my store and the first girl was going to scan the bar code ticket and the other employee said no we are out. She told me to go to cs and they could see if another store had them. 🙁 Someone cleared the shelves I think

Thank you for posting this! Cottonelle and Scott toilet paper are the only ones we can use in the house!! Our girls were always getting urinary tract, bladder infections,etc. The specialists finally tracked it back to the toilet paper we had been using prior to switching. I had a trying time getting this deal. When I got there the shelves were cleared so I asked an employee to check if there were anymore in the back. In the past employees have always scanned the barcode before venturing in the back to make sure they are there but she didn’t. She came back and said she didn’t see anything. I looked up on my phone to see if they still had inventory and store pick up was available for both versions. I showed it to her and she takes some time and comes back w/ 4. Doesn’t say anything, not even a, “they were in the wrong spot”. I said “thanks” and went on my way.
The whole thing just seemed really weird to me. Why would they try to hide their product? It’s a legitimate deal, nothing underhanded, I just don’t get it.
Maybe holding some back for a family member or when they get off work? That does seem strange. Glad you had the code to check store inventory.

I went to target and got the 2 $1 peel coupon and my 2 .75 off ones. did not load up cartwheel so I went back to the store and got $10 back not quite $10.99 but not including tax came out to $8.48 for the 2 packages – 9 roll.

I went to Target and they had 18 packs of TP but every single coupon was peeled off.
I got my packages of toilet paper and all the Peelies were torn off. :-(. I went and asked the manager to see if he had any with the coupons in the back and they didn’t have anymore but he still honor the dollar off coupon for each package. See it never hurts to ask

I so dislike the Target great deals because they never have enough inventory to satisfy the demand that they must know there will be. In my store in Tampa at noon, none there, none at any of the 7 stores locally. Seven stores!

I think that Target removed them all 18 packs where missing the coupons.
There were about a dozen left on the shelf of the store I went to and all the coupons were peeled off too.
