I made a purchase on Kmart.com on July 5th. As I was making the purchase, I saw that I would get $5 back in points, even on the point redemption page. I redeemed existing points but did not get the $5 bonus points. I called ShopYourWay customer service and they said I still had the surprise shoe points in my accounts. When I try to make another shoe purchase, I still see the message that I will get $5 in bonus points – what did I do wrong? I have emailed ShopyourWay customer service about the missing points.
when you put that you wanted to use your points to pay for your purchase that changes the amount that you will get back. if you use points to pay they will not give you points back.. best bet is to call up shopyourway.
When you use your points and you have enough points to cover the whole purchase make sure you pay 1 cent out of pocket to earn those points back. You probably didn’t spend atleast a penny out of pocket which is why you didn’t get points back
Did they ship your order placed on 5th July? I placed an order on 3rd July but received $5 back in points on 6th when they actually shipped it to store. Hope it helps.
Forgot to mention, I also used points to pay and paid nothing OOP!

Rac – they have shipped the order I placed. I did ship to store to a Sears store near me. There has been no response to my email to ShopYourWay customer service. Calling them was useless because they told me they still see the bonus points offer.

I added a shoe that costs $3.99 to my cart and this is what I see
“You have $3.99 (3,990) in points to use on this order and will earn $5.04 (5,040) in points to use later ”
This is exactly what I had seen when I placed my order as well. It is false advertising if I cannot get back bonus points when using points.
