You can always apply a store coupon to a sale item.

What’s the price on the other cleansers
at my walgreens in ky, the prices were higher for the clean and clear toners/astringents started at $6.99. i found the facial makeup cleansing wipes packs at $6.49.
the other clean and clear items in tubes were higher, in the $7.49 price range.
so i bought 1 astringent at $6.99 and 1 facial make up wipes at $6.49
still a great deal… after using the manufacture coupon and the walgreens coupon.
