I tried using coupons at my dollar tree, only to have them pick apart the coupons and tell me I couldn’t use them. I read carefully and still they objected to them. Probably won’t try again since they were so rude.

My local store is great about coupons. I hardly ever have any problems, even though most of the coupons I use are printables. The store I used to shop, mainly, was a different story. Handing them a coupon made me feel like I was handing them an atomic bomb. The cashiers always seemed so scared and it would take a visit to the office or a conference meeting that made it too much of a bother, even with newspaper coupons. I still shop there. But, I never use any coupons there. So happy, with the new store, that opened last year. Not only more coupon-friendly. But, it’s also 3 times as large, with a frozen foods section.
For me it’s hit or miss. Some are happy with you using coupons others give you a hard time.
Walgreens have the papermate pencils for .49 cents this week and with the .50 cent off coupon it comes out to be free!

walgreens does have papermate mechanical pencils on special deal at $.49 but the coupon is for $.55 off. the last time I checked, walgreens is no longer accepting coupons that exceed selling price of an item 🙁 would have been good though… just need the sale price to be a bit more for it to work.
You need to buy 2 of the same for the .55 to work. So .43 cents for 2 packs of pencils.
my dollartree never has any of this stuff
My dollar tree has Duncan Hines cake mix so the .75 off 2 D.H. makes a great deal. My Dollar Tree is a lil coupon friendly..hit n miss
