Has anyone else had trouble using their Hollywood Movie Money certificates???
I did the Hormel Pepperoni deal awhile back. Entered the code and got my movie voucher. Traveled 30 mins to the nearest participating cinema and they couldn’t get the code/certificate to work. 🙁
Called the 800 number and was told their system couldn’t verify the certificate numbers since they are
‘randomly generated’ and that I should just try another theater. 🙁
Yes!! I couldn’t use any of the ones I’d won from a recent promotion. The theaters all said they weren’t valid but when I called the number they’d say they were valid so it went back & forth like that for days with each blaming the other & was never resolved.
That stinks. I’ve used them lots and had no problem. Some people are better at entering them in. Others take forever!

Bunches. Last time we went to $5 Tuesday’s, the girl used them as $10 cash so we got 2 movie passes for 1 certificate which is great for us as we are a family of 6 and the kids always want friends with 🙂

is there another place you guys see the 600pts for $10 certificate? i just checked and its 1100pts 🙁
