Where did you get a free shipping code? I’ve never seen one of those before!
This particular code I got as a courtesy from customer service. An order I placed in the app went to the wrong address and the package was returned to them. So, when I called to ask about it, they gave me a code for a replacement item (it was a set of playing cards) as well as free shipping and i’ve been sitting on it until I have a haul worth bragging about. They usually have free shipping floating around with one promotion or another though. A couple of weeks ago, there was a free shipping with a mug promotion that a lot of hip2save readers were able to get, I think. Until the next one comes along, I’ll just keep making books and calendars and stuff and keep them in my account.
Sometimes they will offer free shipping when a certain dollar amount is purchased, usually $30 (try entering promo code ship30). Like Leigh, I try to order these free items with other projects I’ve completed so that it qualifies for free shipping.
Does the cost of the free item (before it is deducted) help qualify you for the free shipping?
I hope you get yours. About a month ago, I did the same thing. I had 12 items and thought I could get free shipping on all of them because it came up that way. I had a canvas they messed up and I got free rush shipping and the canvas. AFTER my discounts on all items, it was to be $27 and some change. In the end, I was charged $408 for shipping charges and the only way I could get my money back was to ship each item back to them and wait for them to process. I talked to 3 people, each time higher up than the other and that was where I ended up. I just now got all my refunds and no items. I am not too please with Shutterfly at the moment.

no, shutterfly won’t let you enter two of the same promo codes into your account. I tried entering the reward code I got from my Coke account and the code from my husband’s coke account into my one shutterfly account.
