I see that I have earned the 100 points in the app, but it doesn’t show as a $10 credit. What can I do?
Certificates come the 1st of the month, so if you earned this month, wait under November.
The $10 Collin posted is seperate from their typical rewards.

My store only had 80 percent off and the baby girl clothes were picked through. I found one Carter’s sleeper for my baby girl in her size. Hopefully others have better luck.

Hi Amy, not too good to be true. IT IS TRUE! I did this yesterday and bought 2 tops and a bra for $11 out of pocket after applying the $10off-$25 coupon and the $10 reward. Happy shopping! 🙂

The jcp rewards are always able to be combined with coupons.
I didn’t receive my $10 reward. So I just called them. They posted the 100 points right away and I have it in my account! WooHoo!.

Price check i just got back. Almost everything i got had a price much higher. Baby clothes were marked for over 3 dollars all rung up at 97 cents.
When they redid the JCP in my area they took out all of the price scanners. I was so mad because I would price check all the time on stuff!! I have no idea why they did this, because I would think it would save time from people standing in line wanting to know how much an item is.

I’m confused too. I see I have 100 points but no $10 reward. Do I need to call them ? Do I wait for it to post ? Or does the 100 points mean I automatically have a $10 credit at checkout ? So confused.
points won’t turn into a reward until next month — you can try emailing their customer service and they may award it earlier, not sure if app points are different than regular points which accumulate monthly and are turned into “rewards” the following month
Loved this awesome deals! Just the other day I found a “merchandise credit gift card” with $15!! that I had completely forgotten about! I went and scored 11 pieces of clothing for my baby girl on the way, 2 pairs of sandals for me and 4 tanks from the “girls plus section” for me too. Lol Only had to pay $2.55 OOP for everything since I had the gift card. So happy I went.

I downloaded the app. How do I get points when I shop? Do I need their credit card?
This app will not give me the rewards. It wants me to constantly link my rewards account. It has done this over and over.
Just spoke with a customer service rep and they said that the $10 rewards from downloading the app won’t be available to use in your account until next month 🙁
Swimsuits were CHEAP! Women’s were $2.97 per piece (90% off or more). Found some really cute ones and paid $1.80 per piece after the $10 off $25! Just in time for our hawaii trip!
I saved a total of $400 and only spent $70!! Lot’s of great deals in Women’s, Men’s and Home clearance in NY!
Heads up, ladies. JCP said the $10 rewards credit from the app download can only be used the following month.
