How do you know that you earned the points? I should have read the comments before purchasing and I used points to get this free. I’m hoping I am able to earn the points as well to get it as a freebie! Do earned points show up somewhere?
Did you pay at least $0.01 oop? or completely in points? if you paid completely in points you will not get the bonus points back… if you paid $0.01 oop you should get the points back.

can someone please explain the points I get emails all the time with points but when ever I go to buy something I have no points in my account. I get the same ones for Kmart Thanks for the help.
I called one time because i kept getting emails that said “$10 off $10 or more” yet when I logged in there was nothing. I was told by customer service it won’t show up until you use all the points you already have. So for example, if I have $15 worth of items in my cart, and I have $3.25 in points currently, I would have to use those points and then the $10 would come off. To me the way it is worried in the emails in no way tells you that, so I was glad I called because I wasted a ton of those emails when I couldn’t figure it out.

any idea as to why when i’m not signed in, it shows the member sale price & points back, but when I sign in to checkout it’s only the $3.49 price, no points back and doesn’t allow me to use points toward purchase??
You have to basically get to the last step in order to see it.
I did this deal and had a $15 in points off of a $30 purchase. Ordered 9 but figured one for each family member’s stockings would be appreciated (even the ladies-hope they can use too, even if they put it in their glove compartments!) I used a gift card and earned $15 MM plus $32.00 in points. I think that’s right. Yay!

Becky, when you are ordering it should have told you that you could earn $xx on your purchase of the lights depending on the # ordered somewhere on the screen before the purchase. After my purchase, I printed the order summary and on the bottom of the page it says SYW POINTS then underneath it says
32,230 POINTS EARNED ON THIS ORDER (for my order of 9) and 15,000 POINTS REDEEMED ON THIS ORDER (i had a coupon offer of $15.00 in points wyb $30+) so you should be able to sign into your Sears account and see the order summary somewhere and this info for YOUR order should be there . I order some much earlier tonight and through the checkout process it told me I could earn x amount of dollars. I made my purchase but I don’t see anywhere listed in my order details that I earned the points like you said that you got. I’m just curious where did it tell you that you earned points. I think the deal must be over. The price has gone up to $5.99 and it’s only showing .12 cents in points to be earned on purchasing one. I’ve made it all the way to the last screen, but still don’t see the $3.49 in rewards. 🙁
