   The code appears to only work on full priced shoes; not on ones that are marked down & already on sale. Under $49, cost me $5 shipping.

  It appears to exclude custom shoes, gift cards and pricing ending in $0.98. Hope that helps!

    You have to click on the work exclusions after the 50% of blurb at the top of the paige. It says that custom shoes and those ending in 98 are not included in the sale.
