   Agree–this was perfect timing! The 1920s apartment I just moved into has really high ceilings, which are awesome, but changing lightbulbs in the ceiling fixtures is difficult. I was just saying I needed to get some super-long-lasting ones. Thank you!

  The difference is that daylight is more of a white colored light and soft white is a tiny bit yellow light.

  The daylight is too bright for the bathroom but we use it in other larger rooms–kitchen, dining room etc

  In the lightbulb section they should have where you can see the difference. I learned my lesson on buying the daylight cfl’s. It was too bright in our bathroom and changed our gray paint color to a blue. The soft is better for us. But led may be better.

  Daylight is very bright light. At first I hated them when husband put them in but once I got used to them I loved them. Especially applying makeup. When I walk outside I look the same as inside now!!!
