Costco is cheaper…I was just there on Friday and wrote down ziploc pricing. In PA the pricing is as follows:
$12.39 for 216 freezer quart bags
$9.99 for 500 sandwich ziploc bags
$13.79 for 152 freezer gallon ziploc bags
They also had 140 count Glad drawstring kitchen trash bags for $16.49, which I also thought was a good price.

487 bags for $39.99 @ Costco. Some are sliders, some are not. It’s a variety pack of at least 4 different kinds/sizes. I also agree that I’ve had some pretty bad luck with sliders.
