    Is there a limit???

    • S

The ad does not specify a limit for the cough drops, however, Walgreens reserves the right to limit customers to “regular household consumption” at their own discretion (per the fine print on the front of every ad).

At my Walgreens we only ever restrict customers if we have limited stock (so there’s enough for other customers) or if they are using an egregious number of coupons (manufacturers won’t always reimburse coupons if a store accepts an outrageous number of the same one 😕)

I agree with the above comments. I am a store manager for Walgreens, and I typically err on the side of the customer. If someone walked into my store on the last day of the sale, and wanted to buy all my cough drops, I would probably sell most of them, as I need sales. It’s not going to hurt anything, especially since there are no manufacturers coupons involved. Ask your local Walgreens Store Manager if there’s something you really want. They may surprise you!

The BOGO 50% didn’t ring up at my store either, but 50¢ per bag is still a good deal
