Just picked up 2 for the kids teachers! Thanks!

      You’re welcome Kim!

If these have paper liners, they are a pain to clean and reassemble. Give the teacher a $10 gift card somewhere!

Lol yeah. When it really comes down to it….

I’ve never seen Tervis with a paper liner. Tervis cups are sealed all around and dishwasher safe. They also have a lifetime guarantee – so you can send them a broken cup and exchange it for a new one. They are a GREAT company! I love my Tervis Tumblers!!

      • Nancy

Yeah I’ve never seen a tervis with a paper liner either. They are awesome cups and I own many of them!

Perhaps someone would know on here why when I use my Tervis cup and leave a lemon in it all day filled with water, the cup gets this little film on the inside that can’t be washed? Has this happened to anyone else?

    • Susi

The government mandates that citrus crossing state lines has to be treated with fungicide, disinfectant and parasiticide. If your tumbler is cloudy looking it’s been noted that these things can actually break down plastic making it appear clouded. Just a thought….can’t be sure that’s what’s going on with yours, but threw it out there 🙂

      • Kathleen

It’s prob the acidity of the lemons eroding the plastic

    • Kristin

Go on the Tervis website and look for the guarantee. You can send your filmy cup back and exchange it for a new one!

Teachers get so many cups. They eventually end up at goodwill or a yard sell. I second the person above, give them a $10 GC!

    • A Teacher

It totally depends on the teacher/person. I love getting cups I will use. In my case, coffee cups get used on my desk as catch-alls (pens, markers, scissors), but a Tervis finds its way to my cupboard every singe time!
