Disney Movie Rewards: Mystery Points Email
If you’re a Disney Rewards Member, be sure to check your email for mystery points! The email is from Disney Movie Rewards and has the subject line Your Members-Only Update. When you open the email, just scroll down until you find a picture that looks like the image above. Click on the Mystery Points box to find out how many points you get – most members earn between 4-10 points. If you got this email, come back and let us know how many points you scored!

Mine has been doing this for over a week. I wasn’t able to claim my birthday points either. I’ve even tried signing in then clicking the link too. Very frustrating!
When my birthday link wouldn’t work this month, I sent them an email, and they credited my account with the points. I didn’t try it on the computer, so I might have just not been working on my phone. The mystery points today didn’t work on my phone, but they worked on my laptop.

It wouldn’t work on my phone to do the birthday reward I got, but I did it on my computer and I checked my balance and it was there. Going to try that with these mystery points too.
I have Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, for some reason if I sign in to Disney with Google Chrome the site is all “glitchy” but I can sign in with Internet Explorer and it’s fine? It’s been like that for a few weeks. If that helps
I am on Chrome and it worked fine for me. It wouldn’t work on my phone though (using Safari on my iPhone).

I couldn’t get the link to work on my mobile device either. But I was able to successfully claim my points via desktop computer using Firefox. 😉
