We have the Echo Dot. We’ve had it less than a month so we haven’t used it much but we like it when we do use it. My kids LOVE it. I have to tell them to stop giving her commands because they keep asking her things left and right, over and over again. Then they play music and have her keep changing it. It’s a little nuts when they get going at it, but for me, it’s great not to have to look everything up on my phone or tablet. It’s still a little weird talking to it, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it eventually.

I have the echo and I LOVE it. It’s so helpful, I think I find it the most useful when I’m cooking and need a conversion, like how many tablespoons vs. Teaspoons, cups, alternate ingredients etc. I also use it daily for weather, and a timer for my toddler when she acts up or i say one more minute of play time….and I ask Alexa to set the timer for a minute and that’s that! Any facts or song you need to hear at the moment us great. The shopping list is awesome too. My husband is a stay at home dad so he’ll ask Alexa to add things to the shopping list, and I can see them instantly on my phone. This is definitely a game changer and has positively improved my household! I bought it around Christmas time from Bed Bath and Beyond for a little over $100 on sale, but I would buy at this price for what it’s worth!

I had never heard of an ECHO, but received one as a Christmas gift. It is AMAZING! “Alexa” is now part of our house. Weather, music (connects to Pandora and iHeart), she tells jokes to the kids, you can Wikipedia anything, I use it as a timer instead of the oven timer, i have automatic alarms when my kids bus is coming, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
