    I had a bad experience with this company recently. I ordered a canvas and the colors were really dull and just didn’t look right. So I contacted the company and they said the could only refund my money if I shipped the canvas back. So I shipped it back (at my own expense) and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been a few weeks since they’ve received it. I’ve sent multiple emails and get no response. Buyer beware.

    My name is Scott and I’m the owner of the company. I am sorry to hear about your experience. This is not common with our company. Not hearing back is not acceptable to me. In fact, we have a ticket system that all emails come to and several people have access and monitor it 24/7 and typically respond right away. While I understand from time to time, colors on photos don’t meet expectations, I can’t understand you not getting an immediate refund and contact from our company. Once done typing this response, I’m going to personally get to the bottom of your issue. I can assure you 100% it will be resolved today once I’m able to determine your order #. Based on the name “Monique” alone, I’ve not been able identify the order in question. Would you mind giving me your order # ?

      My order number is 26523. I appreciate your response. I had high hopes for this to work out. My sister is a phenomenal photographer and I was hoping that she could refer clients your way. But the colors were so dull Im not sure what happened there. I do have very high standards so I thought maybe I was being overly critical, but I took it to a professional framer and they agreed that the colors were off. Originally I had hoped it was just an issue with your printer or something and considered having it reprinted. But in the end decided to go with a different company. And that is when I paid to ship it back. I hope that you can get this situation resolved. I would love to be able to refer people to you but as of now I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing that.

    I figured out what happened.

    First off, ​I can’t apologize enough for your issue. This is not commonplace with our company. We do have a 100% guarantee and I can assure you I personally stand behind it.

    ​From what I can tell so far, the issue (but not an excuse by any means) is that we don’t show a record of receiving your canvas back which would have initiated the immediate refund. This doesn’t mean you didn’t send it back. It just means the return (for whatever reason) didn’t make it into our system. I honestly don’t know why as of now, but I am trying to understand how this could have happened as it hasn’t happened before.

    ​That said, here’s where things stand:

    ​1) We have issued a 100% refund to you. You should receive an email stating such shortly.

    ​2) I want to personally offer you another canvas print 100% free of charge. To take advantage of this, simply call us at 800-900-4244 and we will take care of you.

    Simple Canvas is the best! I used them and my first print was slightly pixelated. They checked the resolution on my photo and had me upload a new photo. The next print came out perfect! No questions asked and the turnaround time was extremely fast! I highly recommend Simple Canvas Prints!
