I’ve been playing this Kroger game and won a Sparkling Ice water last week, but it didn’t show on my card even though I loaded it (still shows on my card online). They gave it to me anyway. I’ve won at their games before and it’s always loaded correctly on my Kroger card. We’ll see if I win anything else–hopefully it loads or they take me at my word when I do win!
