I just bought two bags, each with a code in it and when i click on the promotions link, it says the promotion has ended when it clearly hasn’t since it’s not June 16th yet

I just tried to get my ticket, say promotion is over! On the certificate it states that codes don’t expire until 11/16/2016 What’s the deal Frito Lay????
Same thing here! I have my two codes and went to put then in on http://www.fritolay2go.com and it said “sorry you missed it! Promotion has ended!” Ummm.. No it says that it doesn’t end until 11-16-16 on the actual code from the bag, but on the website it says that it expires on 6-16-16.. Either way, it should still be valid right now?!

I had the same problem today. I just sent them an email and will update if I get a response.
I put in my info i never got any code in email . I called frito lay they just told me call fandango. I go called fandango and they put it off on lays that i have to contact them. So this stinks i never got anything.

I just called Frito Lay 1 800 352-4477 to let them know about their misleading and false advertising that has happened! No where on the bags does it say the expiration date of this promo is June 22, 2016. customer service rep offered 4 free product coupons… I really just wanted to take my daughter to the movies!
Too bad big companies feel the need to lure people in with false claims! I had the Same issue! Glad you got some compensation though. I will call them tomorrow as well. They are closed now!
Yes you are correct it don’t say any where that promo expired June 22, 2016 matter facts it says November 16, 2016.. . It give three steps collected two code, enter both. Once verified you will be sent ( 1) Free * Kid’so Movie Ticket. Well this was disappointed to my seven year old grandson. I build his hope up making him thinking that we will receive this ticket. Now it one thing disappointed group-up but this is pretty pathetic disappointed children. I buy these quite often to put in his lunch bag.
I too just bought a bag for my daughters bday party this past weekend and it states directly on the card that the code expires 11/16/2016! What is going on…hardly seems legit!!
Yep mine is same deal codes say they expire 11/16 andso there saying free kids ticket when u enter 2 codes what a burn unless u can use your code for something else but that’s why I bought 2 bags so I had 2 codes for free kids movie ticket
I’m in the same situation. I’d say don’t buy the frito-lay brand anymore, that’ll teach them a lesson for being cheaters. Bought 2 bags only because of the free movie promotion.
Ditto, bought several bags to redeem movie codes but website says promotion over eventhough code clearly states codes expire 11/6/2016. Sending me coupons for 4 bags at $4.29 value doesn’t seem fair since the variety packs I bought were valued at $8.99. This is completely wrong and I plan to write to Frito Lay headquarters for their false advertisement.

It is 11/16/16 is the expiration but cannot get the free ticket from fandango anymore. It says it’s expired how come the expiration on the coupon says 11/16/16 then it’s already expired. What a shame cuz I always buy these products all the time bags and bags then we cannot get the free. It’s redicoulos.

I have 4 codes to enter and this is saying the promotion has ended, but on my papers it says it does not expire till 11/16/2016. Really silly to have the promotion end before the promo codes expire. Disappointing!!!
