I ordered these last time they were listed on Hip2Save, and we only received 1. I contacted customer service but was never reimbursed. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else!
I would encourage you to contact your credit card company – if you ordered 2 and got 1, and customer service won’t help? That’s a situation chargebacks are made for!
