I’ve heard mixed reviews with this lotion, but I am blonde and fair skinned and burn every year with every other brand I could buy at Walmart. Tried Babyganics this year and I haven’t burnt a bit! I’ve tanned a little but nothing noticable. I will use this brand forever!

So glad to hear that Katie! Thanks for the awesome feedback!

  2. Ashley

this is the only brand I can use on my son. He has a bad reaction to all the other kinds we’ve tried! Love this sunscreen!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So happy to hear how well this works for him! Thanks for sharing!

  3. CJ

I’ve bought babyganics before & liked it. I bought it when babiesrus had them B1G1 free.

This is my favorite sunscreen! Living in Texas, we go through this like water over the summer. Best part, it rubs in really well and smells pretty good. Thanks Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sweet! Thanks for the great review! You’re most welcome!

  5. Jennifer

We love this. I believe it was just on the list of one of the most accurately effective sunscreens but I cannot seem to find the link/article anymore.

Just ordered some last week and I can’t wait to try it on my littles.

These are the small bottles..much better deal if you go for the 2 6oz bottles..$14.38 for 12 oz vs $12.77 for 8oz…just a suggestion. I love this stuff! And it rates well on the EWG safety scale!!

    • Heather

We purchased the big ones but I also ordered this small ones to keep in my diaper bag and purse!

  8. Lisa

This truly is tear-free. I have extremely sensitive eyes and this is one product that does not burn.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for sharing Lisa! Good to know!

  9. Laura

But does it work on a redhead?

    • Heather

Works on my 5 year old redhead! Plus she has except and sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate her skin! We love this brand

  10. Jaime

We use this and love it but also reapply frequently. Be warned that consumer reports recently found that the SPF 50 is actually SPF 25.

All we use. I have 4 very fair skinned children and 2 that tan easily. This works well.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Glad to hear how well it works for your family!

  12. Mandy

Target has the 8 oz bottles for $12.99 and they have a $5 gift card with the purchase (not sure if that’s on one or two…) plus the red card savings.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh cool! Thanks for sharing Mandy!

  13. Valerie

We just switched to this product this summer and love it. It is not sticky at all compare to other kids sunscreen.

    • Lisa

      Agreed.

  14. Megan

Love reading these reviews! Thanks ladies!

Is “baby” sunscreen good for “kids” (no longer babies)? My kids are 6 and 3. Not sure if there is any difference in baby sunscreen vs. kids sunscreen, or it’s just marketing? Do adults use this too?

    • Becky

I have used this when I forgot my sunscreen and it worked well on me, too!

    • vmm

yes, its just a marketing tool. great for everyone.

  16. tanya

    Do these have expiration date?

  17. Peever

Target wants $10 for one 6 oz bottle so this is a better deal. We just switched to this sunscreen this year and it’s amazing. It does go on thick and it takes a while to rub in, but it works really well and is not greasy. We have not burned with this despite long days in the sun and not reapplying as often as we should.
