Old Navy Flip FlopsMark your calendars! On Saturday, June 25th, Old Navy stores will be hosting their very popular $1 Flip Flop Sale where all solid-colored flip flops will be on sale for only $1! Yep, you can snag flip flops for the whole family for just a buck – limit 10 per customer.

Since this sale tends to be very popular, I would recommend that you get to your local Old Navy store when it first opens to have the best selection of colors and sizes.

How crowded is it? My old navy is in the mall which opens at 10. Is it like Black Friday crowds?

    • Katrina

In my experience (a few years ago), it’s terrible and not worth the time or aggravation. I never consider going to these anymore because it’s easier to pay a little more and shop at my leisure without battling a crowd.

  2. Luna

Wonder why so much hype about these every year? Making me to check it out:D

  3. Layla

Mad house. I use to work right across old navy in the mall and we’d see the long lines and crowds waiting outside. I’d rather just shop another time and pay just a little more.

  4. Kristy

I miss the days when Old Navy would have a pre sale for card holders.

    • Elvira

They already did a couple weeks ago. Hip2save posted about it.

    • kimberly

The cardholder presale is happening again this Saturday! The 18th!

I don’t quite understand how people fine the need to buy so many shower shoes? Don’t you just need like one pair?

    • Traci L

I haven’t been to one of these sales but these aren’t shower shoes for me. I wear these type of flip flops everywhere during hot weather. So I go through a couple pairs during the summer plus it’s always nice to have different colors to match different outfits.

      • kimberley

Not shower shoes for me either, I wear them all summer every where I go and I need colors to match every outfit. Love the dollar flip flop sale

    • J

I live in flip flops in the summer.

    • James

Not shower shoes to me, my full time everywhere shoes, except when I am barefoot, which is 6 months straight

    • James

Not shower shoes to me, my full time everywhere shoes, except when I am barefoot, which is 6 months straight, barefoot is most appropriate for me.

Wm has flip flops for $0.98 every day ๐Ÿ˜ƒ and i love mine! They are comfy. Not hard or give blisters like most cheap flip flops ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„โญ๏ธ

    • Prachi

      Wm means Walmart?

  7. anna

I was in there today and they didn’t have one pair in a size 7, so I won’t bother going on the 25th.

    • Mary

They get shipments in twice a week and always a huge one of flip flops right before. What you see there 2 weeks before the sale does not determine what will be there the day of.

Sorry but Krystal…these are not shower shoes! I mean…”shower shoes?” Where do you need ONE PAIR OF “SHOWER SHOES”? Jail and/or rehab??? Those places may have wrecked your perception on this one ๐Ÿ˜‰ THESE SHOES are flip flops, something so awesome for your entire foot, heel, toes, and arch that give you a COMFORTABLE, affordable pillow bed to lay your steps as you travel through summer!!! I encourage you to go to Old Navy, buy yourself that ONE pair and try them out! I personally guarantee your comfort, and would encourage you to keep somewhat trendy by matching the available colors to your wardrobe. You will not be disappointed! Nor the random people you encounter that see fluidity to your shoes and clothes…flip flop for thought! Excuse me, food for thought, rather!

Holy cow – I had no idea people wore these out. I do own a similar pair, and take them with me when I travel abroad as a safety precaution. After many summers in Europe I’ve never seen anyone wear them outside (I suppose I’m too distracted by the people in pajamas in public here to notice their footwear).

I do own a pair of flip flops, but in leather, quite comfortable, with great support (thanks for your concern about my arches!), but they are only worn when such footwear is appropriate.

way over rated. I bought 5 last time they had this sale.these flip flops rub the tops of my feet raw I actually prefer the Wal-Mart ones for a buck.they are super soft and comfy unlike old navy’s rough ones.

  10. Rafia

This is just in stores only, right? Not available online?

  11. Kelly

I love these and like others have said if I’m not at work I live in $1 old navy flip flops. My girls live in them all summer to. If you don’t want to deal with the crowd go a little later in the day. The selection will be a little smaller but I have never had a problem getting what I want. Last year I didn’t get there until almost 5:00 pm!

  12. Kelly

And yes people need shower shoes for more than just jail! Camping trips, kids going to overnight camps etc.

  13. Krystal

I love the dollar flip flops !!! I buy them for arts and crafts โ™กโ™กโ™ก and for camping.

  14. Jessica

Is this deal available online as well?

  15. Shay

I have gone the last 2yrs in a row and the first set I bought have still lasted! They do get dirty, but they have not torn or come apart at all. Thanks to a Pinterest tip you can wash them ALL easily, at once, in the dishwasher!!! I have all colors and so does my daughter. We plan on going this weekend and getting there at 6:30a.m. like we have done in the past. We are normally first or second in line. Once the doors open at 7, we are in and out and back home within about 30 mins. The night before, I always call/text all of my friends and family and they all go to their local store too. We have a game plan – we look at the colors we already have, look online to see what new colors they have and go in and get what we are missing. They also have good sales going on the same day on other items. Last year, they did announce after everyone was in the store and in line that it was a 10 pair limit for O.N. cardholders and 5 pair limit for non O.N. cardholders which is NOT what was advertised. Enough of us non cardholders made a fuss about it and got our 10 pairs anyway ๐Ÿ™‚ Yes, we take this $1.00 sale pretty seriously, huh? It’s just fun to get up early on a Saturday morning and do something different- and hey, you aren’t spending a ton of cash either! It’s not a big deal, its just fun! On weeknights and on the weekend we are in our O.N. flip flops with shorts, sundresses, pj’s, etc! Wish you could get pretty printed ones for a $1.00. That would be A W E S O M E!!!!

  16. Kristen

Primark just opened in our mall…they have .90 cent flip flops that we love. We’re going to Old Navy because my girls have gift cards to spend. A 5 pair limit gets my girls set for the Summer.

  17. Renee

Lol. At shower shoes….. Old navy’s flip flops sale is super cool. Who wouldn’t want good quality flip flops for a little of nothing. I always get atleast 10-15 pairs in different colors and they last all year. Living in Texas we really don’t have a cold winter and the flip flops are marvelous for the hot summer we endure. So what you have to stand in line and wait. Its not a big deal. Don’t knock it until you try it and so what it may not be for everybody but rest assured just because 1 or 2 people don’t like that still hasn’t stopped Old Navy’s show for doing it EVERY YEAR. And FYI: Wal Mart flip flops are cheap, look cheap, and break easily. I love Old Navy’s flip flop sale. We will be there bright and early at 6:30 am.

  18. Mary Heim

I hate that i always have to work 12 hours on the day of the sale! Hoping my daughter gets her butt there for me since she loves to borrow and not return them !! ๐Ÿ™‚

  19. Amber

I’m just wondering if the sale will still be going on tomorrow June 26th?

    • Renee

No it isn’t. It’s only 1 day a year. Normally in July but for this past few years it’s been at the end of June.
