I did get my movie ticket code, but I have to buy on-line for a specific movie, day and time and pay for the on-line convenience. Not much of a deal, especially for us seniors.
Where do I go to send the picture of my receipt
I have followed the process and emailed my receipt, and filled out the forms. It said I’d hear from them in 48 hours. Four days later I hadn’t heard a word. I emailed them and received an email stating they would get back to me in 3 days. Three days and no word. Anyone else having this issue?
That’s Bs if you have to purchase a movie online. I want to use it when a movie comes I want to see. And if it says 48 hours it should be 48 hours not 14 days.
Wonder in you can use 2 codes towards a ticket? They are 10.50 here so would make it .50
I have heard there is a $4 convenience fee? Has anyone else encountered that when ordering the tickets from fandango?
It’s been almost 3 weeks for me since I received an email asking to verify my entry. I verified the day I got the email and yet still nothing. At first I used my cell phone to complete my entry and upload a pic of my receipt. And last week I attempted to use my laptop however the receipt upload was not working. I even tried to click on the customer support link on the bottom of the screen and nothing. Seems like there is no way to contact either Dannon or Fandango regarding these issues. I’m beginning to feel this is NOT a legit offer.
Darn! I did find this from Fandango – “To contact our support team directly, please call 866-857-5191.” And I found this YoCrunch Customer service number from their Facebook Page – (866) 962-7862. Hope this helps!
