I called the 1-800 number listed in the email and spoke to Customer Service. They said that even though the fine print mentions the in-store instructions, it really is an ONLINE only promotion and they apologize for the mistake. I suggested sending an email blast to correct the original email. I also called 2 stores closest to me and neither of them were even aware of this promotion, so it doesn’t seem like an in-store promo, especially since there is no barcode in the email to scan.

The email I received from BB was 5 free Travel items with any purchase, Today Only, Online Only and free ship if you spend 40$
So if I buy 10$ online, shipping if 5.99….so is it a good deal to spend 16$ total and get this set online??
That is what I thought, I put in my cart 6 travel size items (5 free) and it said (Your order does not meet the requirements for this promotion. Please proceed through the checkout process with your order. )
Just put one item in your cart (any item) then enter promo code and it automatically puts the 5pack in the Cart for you. Shipping is 10$ if your total is under 10$, but shipping drops to 5.99 if you spend more than 10$

It’s because it’s an online offer only. You can’t do it in the stores. It’s stated in the email…online only!
