I got an email from Libman that the free mop was only for select people on their mailing list and the deal wasn’t supposed to be made public so they wouldn’t be sending any mops out
Thanks for the info, was expecting it, but guess I wont be anymore. Shame they didn’t simply put a set amount that they would be willing to give away and stop taking forms after that amount was reached, then they wouldn’t have had to go back on their word.

Same thing happened to me today. I just was able to stop by today. How embarrassing. I just said I’d hold off on my purchase :(. It would have been better if they started issuing diff code with the updated promo rather than backtracking and changing it for those who signed up earlier.

I got the code when it was five dollars off five dollars or more, but waited a few days to use it, and had the same experience of being embarrassed in line and being told it was for $25. The company definitely should have honored the original price for those with the earlier code.

I never seen this updated post, only the $5 off $5. So as soon as i seen the free nail polish text, i grabbed my husband and made the trek to Sally, for our first time. I must say, I don’t look forward to returning anytime soon. The cashier was rather unpleasant and didn’t treat us very nice… And it was pretty crappy that we made the 30 minute drive for nail polish…. All i really wanted was a brush 🙁
Same thing happened to me yesterday. I figured with the free nail polish that it was worth the stop. But then the cashier said it didn’t take the $5 off because it said on the screen $25+ purchase. So she said I’d need to spend another $20 and it should work. I said, no thanks, didn’t really need a new comb that badly. But I did get the nail polish. Then I came back here to see if I had read something wrong and noticed it was changed to $25. It is kind of bad for a company to do that.
