I got the email, I’m assuming it’s just any 2 purchases? It didn’t seem to specify a specific item or $ amount.

Wow! Mine is 10 times!!! I know that some add-on items are 50 cents. I have to execute this just right because Panera bread is 30 minutes from my house and I’m not going to make it that many times in 1 month.

If I’m having a lazy day, I’ll get a coffee there, read for 2 hours, and then either get lunch or something small to-go.

I got this offer this month and it shows I was given a “head start visit” so I only have to visit twice to get the reward. Are there specific qualifying items to count as your visits? Thanks! 🙂

I got the same offer, but only saw it in an email — the strange thing is it doesn’t show in “My Panera” dashboard. The disclosure says the visits have to be at least two hours apart and the max value of free “choose two” is $15. Wow, would you have to pile on the add-ins to reach $15??
I have no idea what would cost $15. Last year when I earned it, even though my total was around $10, any add-ons/extras would cost me $$ after the coupon was applied.

Mine is 5 visits!! Panera is my least favorite rewards. We eat this often and NEVER qualify for rewards. Have even called customer service because receipt said one more visit for reward. Went the next day for lunch and then receipt said 3 visits needed for reward. Customer service said it was a typo and I didn’t qualify. Love their food hate the reward program.

I wish they’d do a point based reward based on your spending (kinda like starbucks or dunkin). We eat Panera often as well and I’ve only gotten 1 reward in the 4 yrs since they’ve opened in my area – the free daily bagel back in April.
I got nothing. That’s okay, I eat there too often already, and the waistline shows it.
Their reward program is awful. We never get any of the things you post about. Maybe three times a year we get a free beverage or free pastry. We eat there a kot too. Not fair Panera.
