it didn’t work for me either. I started a chat with customer service. The rep finally figured out that there is a problem with the code. They had me place my order and then refunded me everything but shipping.

it is saying I already used the code when I try and use it. So strange. I have had lots of problems with this site. The last time I tried to make a book I cried it gave me that much trouble.

Code isn’t working for me on the mix & match cards. I had the 5×7 size. I called customer service and he said it was for 3×5 folded or 4×5 flat mix & match cards only. Trying to remake my order to see if it works this time.
It worked on a 3×5 folded set of the mix & match cards. Not as cute as my first design but can’t beat a unique gift like this for that price! 🙂
