I too just ordered five of these and I emailed customer support indicating that we too would like to receive four of the five by Christmas.
Scott, I ordered 4 canvas pictures all together, on 3 different orders. On the first one, I paid extra to have it done in time for Christmas, is there any way to get that refunded? For the last order, I placed the order and emailed costumer service like you suggested here.

I didn’t enjoy my order from SCP. I had to get mine replaced 3 times after that I just told them to give me a refund. They were always worn off on the edges, cheap looking… Not worth the money.

I click the link, start order, chose size, click photo source as photo album & it goes back to the Hip2Save app instead of pulling up my photos 😩. Anyone know how to fix this??

I have been getting the deals for canvas pictures from all the different companies. My simple canvas prints arrived today and I am thrilled with the quality of the picture compared to the other companies. As a matter of fact I am going to order some more pictures today. I was very disappointed with some of the ones I got from other companies and don’t want to use them as gifts. All four I got from simple canvas were beautiful and arrived quickly.
I just ordered 3 prints and it says I may not get them in time for Christmas. I see from prior posts, customers were able to email the company and get their prints expedited for Christmas delivery. I just placed an order but it changed the price from 19.99 to $56.35 and I didn’t see it until after the order had processed! Hoping I can call tomorrow and get it figured out! Also hoping it gets here by Christmas but looks like they can’t guarantee it at this point?
So I need some help. I tried several days in a row to do this deal. However, the website was very slow and was not working properly. Every time I tried to download my picture it would switch back to the previous page. I even contacted the site and they offered to do the canvases for me if I emailed the pictures. So I emailed the pictures but after several questions and communicating back and forth it seemed to complicated to do it that way. So I checked the site today to try again and the site seems to be working well and I was able to upload my pictures with no problem. But the price is not the $19.99 any longer even though this post says the link and sale goes thru December 20th. Any ideas. I was really hoping to get these by Christmas Eve but they may be out of the question now.
