These say vegan in this post, and that they don’t contain dairy in the description but they also say that they contain real cheese… My son is gluten and dairy free so if they truly are dairy free I would be so excited.

I just checked the Beanitos website for the ingredients…they are not vegan: INGREDIENTS: Whole Navy Beans, Long Grain Rice, Mac n’ Cheese Seasoning (Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cultures, Sea Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Buttermilk, Sea Salt, Annatto, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Black Pepper), Pure Sunflower Oil, Tapioca Flour.

“Other Ingredients: Whole navy beans, long grain rice, mac n’ cheese seasoning (cheddar cheese (milk, cutlures, sea salt, enzymes), whey, buttermilk, sea salt, annatto, lactic acid, citric acid, black pepper), pure sunflower oil, tapioca flour.

Contains Milk, but is free of preservatives, soy, MSG, and corn. This produce is made in a facility that may use soy, wheat, corn, and tree nuts.”

Thanks guys! I knew it must be too good to be true! Lol I may just have to keep the subscription for myself to eat. It’s just so hard to find yummy snacks for my little one.

Has anyone had these? Are they any good?

I enjoy them. They don’t taste like Cheetos but they are a nice alternative that resembles the taste slightly

  3. Tina

I have bought them. They are a bit odd tasting; they do taste like macaroni and cheese.

      Bummer!

Be aware, if produced in a facility with wheat, these may not be safe for those with Celiac as may not be truly GF
