I bought 2 Coppertone sunscreens $7.99. They gave me the $5 Target gift card (in-ad coupon) but my $5/2 wouldn’t come off. The cashier said because I got the gift card I can’t use the $5 coupon. She called someone over to confirm it so I didn’t buy it.

That’s not true. Not sure why it didn’t work for you, but I bought 1 $7.49 lotion and 1 $7.99 spray. Cashier scanned GC offer first then $5/2 insert and it worked just fine for me. Maybe try again?

The coupon beeped for me too. After the cashier confirmed I purchased two Coppertones she pushed it through!

One store did this to me as well. They told me it’s the stores discretion if they choose to do that. I even called corporate, but they said that is correct. I ended up going to another Target store to achieve the deal. Trust me, I was ticked…

I went to another Target the coupon did beep but the cashier pushed it through. Thanks for all the comments.

The twin pack of spray (6oz cans) was on a price drop to 12.99 from 14.99, so I got 2 twin packs. I had $2/1 coupons I got from the Cars 3 movie tour stop in Kansas City. I had the cashier scan the coupon for the free gift card first, then my coupons.

It beeped for me too and they should pass it, it’s an actual manufacturer coupon not . They been acting really picky lately at target, it’s irratiting me tbh.
