It’s really a bummer how they do the rebates now when you use a coupon.
Also some of the coupons now are stating not to be used on clearance. I see a trend afoot 🙄
I saw that on the Neutrogena printables lately. Given I mostly buy clearance cosmetics with coupons, that will eliminate me from the market.

I recieved mine after a couple of months as well.
It took a while but I did get mines.
I got mine last May after one and half months waiting but Im not impressed with shampoo. Wont buy it again even if it is free.
