Why would you use the .75 coupon if you’re purchasing 8 items, in order to use that coupon wouldn’t you need to purchase 9?
No, you need to buy eight items because each one is $3.99 and you need to hit the $30 threshold. Remember, with the new Procter & Gamble coupon restrictions, you can only use two The same coupons per day at CVS will add this up over time for you and keep track until you reach your $30 threshold. Hope this helps
Thanks for the heads up Janet! Checking on this now!
At cvs you don’t need to hit the $30, you can be at 98% but there’s 8 items and in the breakdown if you read the coupons to use, it totals 9 items.
I guess I was thinking all tampons… That’s what my daughter wants. 8×399 is $31 plus
The $1.50/2 Always pads isn’t a match, it’s for 30 ct or larger and the ones on sale are under 30 ct.
Thanks for sharing Mel! That appears to be the detail listed when grabbing the liners. This deal is for the Always Pads. Hope this helps!
I’m confused then. The deal scenario has you purchasing 4 packs of pads, not 2 pads/2 liners. OR do you mean the coupon is valid on any size pads, but only the liners have to be 30 ct or larger?
Yes, the coupon detail 30ct.+ appears to be for the liners. Hope that helps!
Ok thanks! I tried using the $1.50 IP over at Rite Aid, but the coupon beeped and the cashier said it’s for pads & liners 30 ct or larger. I will try at CVS then.. I don’t need liners or tampons, so I plan on swapping those 4 out with 3 Pantene & 2 Puffs to hit $30 instead for the ECB deal.
I think Rite Aid have this deal better than CVS. It is sale $3.99, too. But you will get 1500 plenti points = $15.00 when you buy $30.00. It keep track, too. If you have 8 $2.00 off coupon from P&G, you pay separate transaction
8 X $3.99= $31.92 – $16.00 coupons – $15.00 back =$.92 for 8 pads or tampons. Hoo Hoo.
Great deal! Thanks for sharing! We have that listed here: https://hip2save.com/2017/07/01/rite-aid-deals-72-78/
If you can go to Cvs on two separate days to use all $2 off Q, to maximize your savings
