I’m not sure the opt out is actually effective. The up rewards terms say you have to opt in to get the rewards, so if you’re getting rewards and think you’ve opted out, don’t count on it being effective. They track your app use, websites visited, searches — ANYTHING — and can share it with whomever, however they please.

For those of you who have said you did not receive one, do you share an account with your significant other? I did not have one on my account, but I am not the primary account holder, my husbands line is. My husband, however, had the gift card on his account. So maybe try logging in with the primary account holder’s info instead and see if there’s a Starbucks gift card there. Hope this helps.

Just so you all know I added $10 to my Starbucks card via visa checkout and still got the Groupon discount deal. So you can also do that instead of having to go to the store but if you are looking to load $5 then you would have to go to the store

As a loyal Verizon customer this really ticks me off… been with them for more than 20 years paid their outrageous prices with their lame contracts that used to lock you in. Changed to pay as you go since I am on a fixed income and no longer eligible to receive veteran benefits,due to being older could no longer afford the outrageous prices….to find out I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS stupid rewards program…bunch of bs.
