Hi. Doesn’t your school pictures have the copywriter watermark on them? How do you get rid of it? We just got the school pic proof and I don’t want all those little 2×3 and such, just an 8×10 is sufficient but that’s not an option to buy so I’d rather just print it myself. Any input is appreciated 🌺
Since school pics are copyrighted, the only way to get a legit 8×10 is to either buy one from the company’s website, or buy the digital image/cd that gives you the rights to go to places like Walgreens for a photo instead 🙂

NM, did a chat and agent put a $3.99 credit in my account for the “inconvenience”, and it appeared in my cart automatically at checkout.
I️ received the same message when I️ tried to order the free 8×10 photo
Do the live chat. Agent just asked for my Walgreens login user id and added the credit to my account.
Got the same message when going through the app…went through the website and it worked fine.
It didn’t work in the app for me either, so I just went through the website. Must be a glitch.
Sometimes if the picture is a different size the coupon cannot be applied. Try a different picture. It worked for me. Hope this helps.
The pic deals never work thru the app. Or at least it’s always listed as may not work in the app. Just FYI for next time. I always just use the website

Sometime even after I get a confirmation email, they never sent me ready-to-pick-up email.
I went to the store to pick up the photo, and store clerk said that they don’t have it… oh well

We just buy the disc from our school pics and the disc has a copyright page to print out and bring.

As long as you order while the promotion is going on, you can pickup any day. Sometimes it is a week before I get there.

A little off topic, but still on Walgreens. Those who ordered Head and Shoulders on halloween, did you guys pick it up yet? I got an email today that’s it’s ready for pick up. I ordered 2, and took all the discounts, so I ended up paying a few cents for the 2 after points applied. Well, the email said the other shampoo transaction failed, so I’m just getting one for 54 cents (+ $2 points). Which is still a good deal! Anyone else?
