I just tried to use the firstgift code on 2 separate accounts and spent a lot of time making gifts just to have shutterfly say at the last moments of checkout that the code couldn’t apply. Anyone have a different code? It’s so frustrating.
I had the same problem last week when I tried ordering something from both my account and my moms account with the same code, it wouldnt let me. We each have our own credit cards saved but hers would not work because it had expired and not been updated so I entered my CC info to her account to finish the order and thats when it errored. When she called customer service about it they said it was because the system was looking at the billing address (my address on both account) and saw that it had already been used. Does that make sense, kind of hard to explain in print.
