I had the BEST chicken last night. It was highly addictive and even my kiddos could not get enough… and that usually does not happen, especially with chicken! All I had to do was throw it in my crockpot yesterday morning along with a few other ingredients I already had on hand, and that’s it! It was super moist and oh so yummy! I snagged this fantastic chicken recipe from one of my favorite recipe blogs, A Year of crockpotting. Check out the recipe and let me know if you end up trying it out!

Can’t wait to try it! One of our favorites in Coke Chicken. Put a whole chicken in the crock pot, put slices of onions on top (slice into rings), one cup of ketchup and 1 cup of coke. Cook high 4-5 hours, slow 7-9. It falls off the bone. Sometimes we thicken the sauce or not and serve with rice! Enjoy

I tired the chicken one that you had with apples, bbq sauce and lemon. I didn’t really like it that much. This one sounds yummy and I am going to try it as well.

This sounded so good that I went and made this in my pressure cooker for lunch…It was great….I thickened up the sauce with a mixture of 2 Tbls. cornstarch and 2 Tbls. water. Also added some crushed red pepper flakes to my serving for a little heat. Will definitely make this again.
