   With the 2 free codes last month, I did a Mother’s Day card for my sister, and a birthday card for my sister-in-law…neither of them got their card. I called Hallmark today and they apologized…their printer went down and they were trying to find another printer. They would either email them an apology, make a phone call to apologize to the recipient, still send the cards, or send $5.00 certificates for each. Well Mother’s Day is over and my SIL’s birthday was the 7th, so I opted for the certificates.

   My sister’s birthday is in June, so I’ll use this code for her card.

   Just a suggestion: Don’t wait until the last minute to send your card, and have the delivery date 3 or 4 days ahead of the actual occasion…just to be sure they get it.

    Does your account say they were shipped? My account says one was shipped on the 28th and the other the 29th, neither of them ever made it.

    Melissa, I never went back on the site to check…my family told me they didn’t get them. The email did say the projected arrival date is May 7th…I was wondering if I did something wrong, but I didn’t. Call them and they will offer you the same options they offered me…evidently this happened to a lot of people. It’s unfortunate that this happened, but at least they are willing to do something about it. Good luck.

    I selected a card that was $3.49 and got the message,”The promotion code you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please enter a different code or check your code and try again.”

    I created a card earlier and then went back just now to do another one under my husband’s email account and got the message that the promo is over.

    unfortunately it didn’t work for me. this showed up when I entered the code:

However, if you recently received the ICTCARD promotion code from a customer service agent, please contact 1-800-Hallmark for a valid code. Please have your original order number available when you call. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I can NEVER get this link to work right!! It is ever so frustrating. I get all the way through the personalization of the card, only when it comes to the email address and password it kicks it back out and then you have to start again……..AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH

    DID NOT WORK for me I got this message at the end after I personalized my card and tried chking out:

    The promotion code you have entered is invalid or has expired.
