Just curious, when you use coupons are trial sizes at walmart and they are over the value, do they beep going through and need to be adjusted down? Also, many say excluding trial size… is that different than travel size?!?!

The numbers after the coupon are the date it came out in the paper, and the letters afterward are which insert. Ex: 5/17 SS would be a coupon from the Smart Source insert on May 17th. RP is the Red Plum insert, PG is the Proctor and Gamble BrandSaver.

Hi, first I would like to say I love this site. I am 3 days new and have already done my walgreens and my Targer Trip, getting ready for the walmart! It is so exciting! Thank you so much. I do have one question I am having trouble getting some of the coupons at coupons.com, when it says get it here and I click that coupon may not be there. Can anyone help , not sure if I am doing something wrong, it happened on several items that I had not printed before. Thanks for your help
Stephanie: there are a couple of reasons the coupons might not be there. 1) coupons.com and other online coupon sources change the coupons available regularly (most notably, the first day of the month). Check the site every other day or so (I check every a.m. with coffee) to see if there are coupons you might like and then print them…because they just might be gone soon. Even if not currently available, somebody might have it filed away so it’s good to know with the match-ups. 2) not all coupons are available in the same zip code. I routinely check Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Dallas and Los Angeles to see if there are any good coupons — I scored a nice Kleenex coupon using this method yesterday!

When you use coupons for travel sizes at Walmart that are lets say .97 and the coupon’s for a $1, then when the cashier scans the coupon it will say is this the valid coupon amount. At this piont the cashier will look at the value of the coupon to make sure it’s $1 and then accept it. I have not yet had a problem purchasing travel size items that are less then the value of the coupon at Walmart.
Also, if a coupon says exluding travel or trial size they both mean the same thing. However, the coupons match ups I list for the travle size deals do NOT exclude these items.
Thanks for the updated list. I looked in Target yesterday for the gillette body wash and didn’t see any. Now I’ll go to Walmart!! Also, I did find the Vaseline aloe fresh lotion at Target yesterday for around a dollar. I got the overage on 4 of them! They were the travel size. I used the $1.25 coupon from a few weeks ago that did not specify size.
I couldn’t find any Gillete body wash for .97 cents at walmart must not have been in my area! Bummer!

I went to Walmart today to cash in on the travel size First Aid Kit. I grabbed 9 of them. My cashier said she needed one because she was clumsy. I told her to take one of mine and gave her a coupon. She was really shocked. To me, saving 8.00 on the others was good enough. I love handing out coupons I know I won’t use.
BTW…the Triscuit and Wheat Thins are back to normal price again. Bummer because I stil have some of those coupons to use.

I am not able to get the Red Plum deals because we don’t have a grocery store in our area that is listed on this site.
So I decided to go to tropicana.com and send an ecard to my dad and was able to print a coupon for $1 off any one Tropicana Pure Premium juice 64 oz or larger. Hope this works in my favor and can get it on sale at Wal-Mart.
