Has anyone received an e-mail asking for their credit card info from Open sky mall from yesterday’s $25.00 offer. I called a rep. and she was very nice but could not give me a valid reason why they need my cr. card info? Any thoughts? What should I do?

I got the same email from OpenSky. I emailed them back with my name & phone number & let them know I wasnt comfortable giving out any more information via email. I got a response that said that had all my information & my disney kit should arrive soon. hth.
Hey to annon @ 10:48am about the opensky. I sent them an e-mail last night and this is what they typed exactly to the reason of them needing the info again:
We have your information, and we have you marked down to receive Alphabet stamps. However, We do not have your credit card information, and we do need that in order to continue with the transaction. Your credit card will not be charged, but you will receive a receipt for $0. We have to go through the process of a regular transaction, even though we are offering the coupon. The e-mail you received is just to fill in the gaps we have for you. However, we do not need your other information, we have that all on file. I hope that cleared up a few things.

When I called & did the orginial transaction, yes. Nothing has been charged to my card tho. I always use a credit card (not bank), and check it daily.

Thank You! Just got done doing my free photo book. I had reserved a coupon code early this morning and waited until I knew what I wanted to do. Free shipping too. I should have done this for a gift but I got selfish! 😉
So everyone knows….these codes were not unique. They were just like the bonnie code and when they all reached their limit thats it. if you have things made try all the different codes to see if each has its own limit or its all of them together….hope that makes sense!

It’s 1:49 p.m. here and I just ordered a book and mug and used the $25 off coupon. I had logged in this morning to get the coupons with my e-mail addy and started them but the site froze up so I logged off and walked away.
I logged back on a half an hour ago and my book was gone (hadn’t even started the mug) and started from scratch with a new book. It went through for me and I’ve received my confirmation e-mail.

I emailed all my information last night, but I still called today and spoke with Jasmine. I wanted to make sure my credit card was not going to be charged. Jasmine was very nice, and she told me that yesterday was so hectic that they didn’t get everybody’s CC#s, but today, if you aren’t willing to give a CC#, you will not receive your order…that is just how they do things. I am not skeptical at all…I’m sure we will get our stuff.
Get a virtual CC#…this way you don’t have to worry about anything. The virtual number is a one time use only, so there is no way someone can try to use that number again. If anyone needs help with that, just yell.
Thanks Collin…I did this deal and something got screwed up…I got charged $5.99 S&H for my calendar. Now, I have to wait until I get an email that my order is being shipped, then I have to call them so they will reverse my CC charge.

Just got a calendar. Also, if you have a paypal account, you can choose that as a payment option and you don’t have to enter any payment information at all.

You are supposed to go to American Greetings and from there get the code for one of the free gifts. However, there was only 20,000 codes and they are all out. On the other hand, the codes are unique to the item, not to the person who requested it so you could order it even if you didn’t get the code directly from American Greetings. Whoever orders first gets it because they are not unique to the person. Even if they got the code directly from American Greetings and wait until the last day to use it, they will be out of luck because the 20,000 is likely to met by then. Granted, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was met in just a day or two.

I searched for photo clutch book and it gave me 2 options. I believe both were 4×4. Also, several people commented that they got the $25 code and had to pay 5.99 shipping but the other codes are totally free.
Anyone else get an email saying that their photobook from the last promotion is delayed? I wonder if we will still get them?

The delay on the bigger books from a couple weeks ago is valid. I called them today to verify if they are going to send the books out or not. apparently the holiday of thanksgiving screwed their processing up and they are delayed by 24 to 48 hours or so. I got the delay e-mail then after calling them today got the shipping e-mail that they shipped it out with a tracking number and everything. yay so hold hope, they are coming…just a few days late from the original date given.
