Shelly is right…if you hand over all of your regular coupons first and then all of your buy one get one frees at the end you can use two regular coupons for each item…I have been doing this for awhile and never have had an issue. I do this at Target, Wal-mart, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, and Smith’s. Good Luck

A little MFG COUPON Info…Guilt Free Shopping
I have found out that the MFG’S are more worried about retailer fraud then us using our coupons. Apparently, there is more retailer fraud the consumer fraud and the retailer fraud is on a massive scale, because it is thousands and thousands of dollars.
10% of the consumers actually use coupons…the rest pay full price(no money loss there, right?)
Most in ad coupons are paid by the MFG to put their product in the weekly paper. No money loss here!
The MFG’S also reimburse the retailer for expired coupons and everything they submit without ever seeing the receipt. No loss here either
Contrary to the retailers the MFG pays regardless because they are not willing to ruin their business with the retailers over coupons. So, all the stories those cashiers have been told by upper management and repeat to us verbatim are not so…No loss here right?
So go shopping use all the coupons you can…That is what they are there for.
The loss from coupons is mostly attributed to the retailer submitting large amount of coupons that have never been rung through the register and the item was never purchased…Geeze, that sure turns the table doesn’t it?
Next time you have a cashier that thinks she knows it all tell her these things she will be quite very quickly…Good Luck
