I did this one earlier today! I did the double sided one! My husband is in the Marine Corps and Feb. 18th will be 4 years since the day we met, so as a little special something I put a picture of the day we met on one side and a quote on the other! Hopefully he doesn’t find it when it gets here lol.

How long do they usually take to send out items?
i tried again it worked this time….but its been 15 minutes and the order confirmation hasnt come to my email yet….
i heard it takes a darn long time and not to expect the mousepad i ordered the other day until may. hope you’re not in a hurry to get these items!!!
I already got a email a couple days ago that my mousepad had been shipped.
This might sound stupid.. but how do I send my friends an invite from the artscow page??? It does not show their pictures in the box thingy like its supposed to….

ok.. I figured it out.. Obviously I can not send invites to my only two friends twice… (so I used my dad’s) 🙂
Because their items are shipped from overseas, it takes about 3 weeks normally to get them. HTH!

I didn’t get a code after I referred a friend…it just went directly to the site after I hit send. I made the dog tag and upon checkout it says it’s free but is charging me $3.99 for shipping. How do I get free shipping?
I figured out how to get the coupon code…and now it tells me it’s expired…seconds after I got it.
I tried it again…for the 3rd time and it took it…crazy thing.

I ordered one bone shaped double sided one it worked great no problems! i made it cute w/a plaid background and on one side put my doggie’s information and the other side i put his name in big block letters…. it was pretty cute i must say especially for FREE!! love it!

Okay I got really frustrated, I tried to do the double sided one but never figured out how to put something on the back so I gave up and just did one side. I could not even put text on it either. Which I wanted to. I am so glad this is free or I would have never done it.
you have to click on one of the double sided tags to start with…… then you design the front… and then about 3/4 the way down the page, there will be a box that says “Front” (highlighted) and a box that says “Back”… click on the WORD “Back” and it will take you to the back of your tag……. it took me forever to figure out how to get to the back side of mine as well….

If you use thier silverlight software it makes designing it much easier. I did the dog tags and the pencil bag for $.99 which my daughter will love! I have ordered from them before and they are decent quality, not the best but for the price I think it is ok! Oh, I also did the mouse pad and it has been shipped. Thanks Collin for the heads up on these! I love photo gifts!

Man I was so frustrated with Art Cow earlier, I took the time to make the dog tag after they sent me the code. Then I input the code, and the deal was done. Errr. They should of only sent out 1000 codes, otherwise I wouldn’t of wasted my time.
