hmmm….dont’ think i saw try me free. i just got ones that had like 25% more in them. went to walgreens today. seemed to be one of my smoothest trips. not much to figure out, pretty straight forward this week. thanks!
When Walgreens had the Sure deal before, I found some with the try me free stickers and got a rebate on the Sure that I had gotten for free with a coupon.

i have a ? that is not reated to pert – can you use he 3/2 coupon for Bic razors (in the janurary booklet) on the buy one one free – is that the same razor.
if so that would be a money maker if you used the bogo from the 1/3 paper.

I don’t know if my neighbor had the same coupons as you but she tried to get the bic razors today and the cashier wouldn’t let her get both for free. Then she asked to speak to a manager and he also said she couldn’t get both items for free. I just remembered she had a b1g1 free coupon and was wanting to use them on the b1g1 free bic sale and get both for free. What’s the rule on this?
My Walgreens had them on sale 2/$10. I used the BOGO coupon from the paper and then stacked with the Wags coupon booklet coupon $3/2. It made them $1 a pack..:-)
I’m confused. The ad says for BIC Hybrid or Flex 4, but the Q is for the Comfort3 of Soleil. So you can’t use it, correct?
Walgreens has no official coupon policy. Each store manager/district manager is free to make up his or her own rules.
That is the main problem I have with Walgreens. Its varies per store, per day etc. UUUgh.
Outside of that and things go smooth, its awesome!!

Is this rebate a new one for 2010? I did this one last year using the Try Me Free stickers. Just wondering if it can be done again for this year?
It’s the same rebate. It ran from January 2009- March 2010.
I’m glad I went early for the deals today. I was able to get 2 Sure and 2 Pert Mens Shampoo. I went a little later in the day around noon to a different Walgreens and they were all gone. Wow..that was quick.
I got some sure Q’s today, but I cannot use them! My hubby is bald! lol…
sure is deoderant… they have the dollar of any coupon (can be used on women’s deoderant) that would still be a moneymaker too… you just pay 50 cents first

Yes you can do it again. As long as its a different promotional period. For example this rebate for mens sure deoderant says vaild for pruchases 1//1 -3/31/10
You can only do this rebate 1 time for this particular promotional period.
If they run the prommotion again in april and it then says 4/1-6/10/10 for example then you can do it again

Also, the clearance is amazing! I bought the cheap 16 oz welch’s, however the sparkling grape juice was on clearance for $1.89. There are coupons still valid for it…
I used the B1G1 free for the razors and the razors rang up $5.99 for the first one and $1 for the second one. So the coupon took only a dollar off. I told the cashier I should get both for free. She called over a manger and he did it. I went to another Walgreens and no go. They would not let me use it. It will only take a $1 off. At least I got 2 for free. Also got the Sure for men (I’m gonna check for peelie’s), Breathe Right for kids for $.99 each, and the Hershey’s bars. So, all in all, I’m pleased.
I had my walgreens order 80 razors and 50 sure and used the coupons with no problems and the manager checked me out. I heart my walgreens. =)

well i tired at one WAGS it was a no – i think im going to price match the deal at walmart so there wont be no ?’s about it.

Is the Sure rebate and the Pert rebate two completely different rebates? Can I send for both of them or can I only do one or the other?

They are two different rebates. You can do both!
Make sure they are on seperate receipts though. Each rebate will want the original receipt. 🙂
Those “try me Free” stickers are no where to be found on any of the bottles in my store. Is anyone having a hard time finding them as well?
That’s because all of the hoarders went and stole them from the packaging. I really dislike it when people do that.
Be on the lookout for Lip Smackers on clearance at your Walgreens. Mine had them for $1.19, for a three pack!! Plus, I used the $1/1 coupon google, lip smackers coupon (I don’t know how to insert a link sorry!) I scored 6 lip smackers for $0.38!!
My pert plus and sure did not have the try me free stickers. BOO! Maybe I will try a different wags later on.
I just contacted Pert Plus 1-800 number, as the two that I purchased today, didn’t have the TRY ME FREE STICKERS. The customer service rep stated that the promotion ended in 2009, and they instructed all stores to remove the stickers. Oh well….Anyway, they were at Walgreen’s for 2/$5 and I had a $1 coupon and a $1.50 coupon, plus I got $2 in rewards $. So the 2 cost me $.50 and I’m donating them!
that doesn’t make sense that it ended in 09 since the rebate form is for register receipt dated 1/1/09-3/31/10. I also got the 2 sure and 2 pert shampoos. after RR and coupons they were all free, but no stickers. anyone think they will accept the rebate form without the stickers?
I just went on the Pert Plus For Men website. You are correct. The form states, register receipt dated 1/1/09-3/31/10, however, I did google around and found another site that had a posted stating until 12/31/09. So I would imagine that they got overwhelmed with rebates and stopped the promo. That’s why the customer service rep told me they aren’t doing it anymore.
Ok, here’s the scoops on the Pert Plus for Men and the Sure Deodorant for Men. The Rebate is over. Apparently, there were so many products with the TRY ME FOR FREE out there after the 12/31/09 rebate ended, that they instructed all stores to remove the sticker. However, they felt if you purchased the product between then and slightly after and had the sticker and rebate, they would accept it. I told them that I had never tried these products, which is true and only purchased them knowing that the rebate would entitle me to a full refund. After the very nice customer service rep heard that, she had the supervisor chat with me and they decided to issue me a complimentary coupon for both products. So the short end of this story is that I purchased the Pert Plus at Walgreens for 2/$5 and I had a $1 coupon and a $1.50 coupon, plus I got $2 in rewards $. So the 2 cost me $.50 and Im donating them! I purchased the Sure Deodorant 2/$5 and had a $1.50 coupon and a $1 coupon, plus I got $3 rewards $. So I made $.50. So I got everything for FREE and now I’m getting 2 coupons. Funny how things work out. Plus I’m donating all these items!!
question for everyone……do the stores get paid when we use coupons……my husband seams to think im ruining the economy by using my coupons………
What happens if I don’t have separate receipts for Sure for Men and Pert Plus for Men? I bought both in the same transaction without realizing I would need to submit separate receipts for the TMF rebates!!
